Copyright & Ownership
Connor Levesque / Levesque Creative retains sole and exclusive worldwide copyright to all still photography, video footage, aerial captures, and raw files.
Deliverables are provided under a limited license to use, not an outright transfer of copyright ownership.
Commercial Licensing Scope
Licenses are granted solely to the contracted client (e.g., architect, builder, or general contractor).
Permitted uses include company portfolios, websites, social media channels, print marketing, and award or editorial submissions.
Rights are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable.
Third-Party & Vendor Restrictions
Clients may not distribute high-resolution files or grant usage rights to outside entities (e.g., subcontractors, material suppliers, interior designers, or real estate agents).
All third-party collaborators must contact Levesque Creative directly to purchase a separate commercial cost-share license.
Homeowner & Residential Usage
Visual assets provided to homeowners are strictly for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., personal display, prints, or personal social accounts).
Commercial use—such as marketing short-term rentals (Airbnb/VRBO) or commercial real estate listings—is strictly prohibited without prior written commercial licensing.
Gallery Hosting & Storage Policy
Galleries and download access remain active for 365 days from delivery.
Clients are solely responsible for downloading and archiving high-resolution master files to their own local or cloud storage within that period.
Levesque Creative is not liable for file loss, corruption, or re-hosting requests once the 365-day hosting window lapses.
Alterations & AI Protection
Modifying, applying destructive color filters, or heavily altering images without permission is prohibited.
Using delivered media to train generative artificial intelligence models is strictly forbidden without explicit written consent.
Credit & Attribution
Appropriate visual credit (e.g., Photo / Video: @levesquecreative) must be included when assets are published on social media or submitted for editorial and press features.
